DESCRIPTION
Th e ULN2 801A -ULN2 805A each contai n e ight da r-
lington transistors with common emitters and inte-
gral suppression diodes for inductive loads. Each
darlington features a peak load current rating of
600mA (500mA continuous) and can withstand at
leas t 50V in the off state. Outputs may be pa ralleled
for higher cu rrent c apa bility.

for general purpos e a pplicat ion s wi th a c ur ren t li mi t
resistor ; th e ULN2802A has a 10.5k input resistor
and z ener for 14 -25V PM OS ; the U LN280 3A ha s a
2.7k input resistor for 5V TTL and CMOS ; the
ULN2804A has a 10.5k input resistor for 6-15V
CMOS and the ULN2805A is designed to sink a
min im um of 350 mA f or stand ard and S ch ot tky TT L
wher e higher output curr ent is re quired.
All types are supplied in a 18-lead plastic DIP with
a copper lead from and feature the convenient input-
oppos it e -ou t put pinout to si m plify board lay out.
