The porcelain dielectric (Characteristic BG) has a temperature coefficient of +90 +20 PPM/C over the temperature range of -55C to +125C. The ceramic dielectric (Characteristic BP) has a temperature coefficient of 0 +30 PPM/C over the temperature range of -55C to +125C. The minimum, self-resonant frequencies of the capacitors are specified.
