DESCRIPTION
The M74HC86 is an high speed CMOS QUAD
EXCLUSIVE OR GATE fabricated with silicon
gate C2MOS techn ology.
Input and output buffer are installed, which
enables high nois e immuni ty and stable output.
All inputs are equipped with protection circuits
against static discharge and transient excess
voltage.
